The candidate for this position will excel at creating closer target and closing new opportunities in good amount. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers and generate a revenue.
Responsibilities:
? Generate revenue by actively identifying and pursuing sales opportunities in the luxury residential and commercial property market.
? Close deals by effectively promoting and selling properties to prospective clients, ensuring timely and successful deal closures.
? Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process.
? Lead and motivate a sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team targets.
? Track sales activities, maintain accurate records of client interactions and meetings, and prepare regular reports to monitor progress against sales targets.
? Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
? Utilize strong negotiation skills to manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives and key decision-makers.
Qualification:
? Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
? Proven success as a sales professional in the luxury residential and commercial real estate industry.
? Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
? Ability to effectively manage and lead a sales team.
? Self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven.
? Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Candidates must have a vehicle.
