Sales Manager

to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement sales strategies to increase hotel revenue. Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team (executives and coordinators). Identify and acquire new corporate clients, travel agencies, and event organizers. Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business. Oversee proposals, contracts, and negotiations. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and meetings.

Requirements:



Minimum 3-5 years of experience in

hotel/hospitality sales

. Proven leadership and team management skills. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Target-driven and business-focused mindset. Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred.
