Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in the hotel industry and 0-3 years of experience in sales and marketing. The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and increase brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

Sales

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities: Research and identify potential clients, and develop strategies to convert them into customers.

2. Build and maintain relationships: Foster strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

3. Conduct sales calls and meetings: Meet with potential and existing clients to showcase our hotel's services and amenities.

4. Negotiate and close deals: Negotiate rates and packages with clients, and ensure that all sales contracts are completed accurately and efficiently.

Marketing

1. Develop marketing campaigns: Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns to promote our hotel's brand, services, and offerings.

2. Manage social media: Manage our hotel's social media presence, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and analyzing engagement metrics.

3. Create marketing materials: Develop marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and email templates.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with our hotel's operations, revenue, and front office teams to ensure that all marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives.

Requirements

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.

2. Experience: 0-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hotel industry.

3. Skills:

1. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

2. Knowledge of sales and marketing principles, including target marketing, segmentation, and positioning of hotel industry.

3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
