Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the hospitality sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event organizers.
Prepare and deliver customized sales proposals and presentations.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential business leads.
Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
Work closely with the operations team to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
Minimum 7 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry
(hotels, resorts, restaurants, travel, or related services).
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to travel and attend client meetings or events as required.
