Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development:
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase footfall, reservations, and private events.
Identify and establish partnerships with corporate clients, event planners, and influencers.
Generate leads through networking, digital outreach, and on-ground activations.
Work closely with the marketing team to create targeted promotions and campaigns.
Client Relationship Management:
Maintain strong relationships with VIP guests, corporate clients, and high-spending customers.
Ensure seamless coordination for private bookings, celebrations, and brand collaborations.
Handle customer feedback, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.
Event & Promotional Sales:
Conceptualize and sell themed nights, happy hours, and special event packages.
Collaborate with artists, DJs, and entertainment agencies to enhance guest experience.
Work with social media and PR teams to boost visibility of promotions and special events.
Revenue & Targets:
Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets through direct sales efforts.
Monitor competitor activity and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Analyze sales data to optimize pricing strategies and promotional offers.
Team Coordination & Operations:
Work closely with the restaurant manager and operations team to ensure smooth execution of bookings and events.
Train and motivate staff on upselling techniques and guest engagement strategies.
Ensure adherence to brand standards and excellent customer service.
Key Requirements:
Proven track record
in sales and business development within hospitality, nightlife, or premium dining.
Strong network in the corporate, event, and influencer space.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Passion for nightlife, events, and F&B trends.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with a flexible schedule, including weekends and late nights.
Knowledge of CRM tools, reservations systems, and social media engagement is a plus.
