We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused

Sales Manager

to join our growing team. This individual will be the

main point of contact for clients

, responsible for converting leads into successful projects and collaborating closely with our

Digital Marketing

and

Design Teams

to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Position Overview



The

Sales Manager

at NY ESTILO will be responsible for meeting clients, understanding their interior design needs, presenting solutions, and closing sales.
While the pre-sales team will generate leads and schedule appointments, the Sales Manager will take charge from the first client meeting to final agreement.

This role also involves working hand-in-hand with the

Digital Marketing Team

to enhance lead quality, analyze conversion data, and provide insights to strengthen marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities



Meet potential clients (appointments scheduled by the pre-sales team) and convert inquiries into confirmed design projects. Conduct detailed client consultations to understand design preferences, budgets, and timelines. Present design concepts and proposals developed by the design team with strong product and brand knowledge. Negotiate effectively and

close sales

while ensuring client satisfaction and profitability. Collaborate with the

Digital Marketing Team

to track lead performance, campaign ROI, and improve overall lead quality and conversion rates. Provide feedback on client behavior, lead sources, and market trends to help shape marketing and sales strategies. Coordinate with the

Design and Project Teams

to ensure smooth project handover after closure. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress in the CRM system. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Represent NY ESTILO at client meetings, exhibitions, and brand events.

Qualifications & Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.

2+ years of experience

in direct sales, preferably in

home interiors, furniture, real estate, or lifestyle/luxury products.

Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills with a consultative selling approach. Experience collaborating with digital marketing teams or understanding of digital lead funnels. Professional, confident, and customer-oriented personality. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications. Passion for interior design, aesthetics, and delivering an exceptional client experience.
