Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and qualify new business opportunities through calling, networking, field visits, and digital channels.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through continuous lead generation activities.
Conduct primary and secondary research to identify potential hospitals, radiology centers, and healthcare institutions.
Schedule product demonstrations, presentations, and meetings with key decision- makers.
2. Field Sales & Client Engagement
Conduct on-ground visits to hospitals, diagnostic centers, and medical equipment dealers.
Demonstrate EIZO medical monitors and solutions to end-users, including Radiologists, Surgeons, Biomedical staff, and IT teams.
Build strong professional relationships to drive sales conversion and long-term business opportunities.
Manage on-site product evaluations, presentations, and solution-based customer discussions.
Address client inquiries, offer product recommendations, and provide pre-sales support.
3. Sales Strategy & Market Development
Contribute to short-term and long-term sales strategies in alignment with company objectives.
Support market expansion by identifying new territories and potential customer segments.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs to support strategic planning.
Collaborate with the marketing team for events, exhibitions, product promotions, and lead nurturing.
4. Reporting & CRM Management
Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and funnel updates in CRM tools.
Prepare periodic reports on lead generation, field visits, conversions, and forecasting.
Provide timely updates on market intelligence and customer feedback.
Qualifications & SkillsEducation
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
Experience
3 years plus of experience in healthcare sales / medical devices.
Freshers with strong communication and passion for sales may also be considered.
Technical & Professional Skills
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand and explain technical product features to healthcare professionals.
Proven experience in lead generation and field sales activities.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
