Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Develop and execute local sales strategies to increase market share.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and local influencers.
Monitor sales funnel, enquiry management, and conversion ratios.
Handle customer escalations and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with marketing and operations for smooth sales processes.
Track team performance and provide regular training and guidance.
Manage documentation, reports, and MIS related to sales.
Requirements:
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
in automobile sales (two-wheeler or four-wheeler preferred).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good communication and negotiation ability.
Ability to work under targets and deliver results.
Basic knowledge of DMS/CRM systems (preferred).
