Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies for both
B2B and B2C markets
to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Identify and acquire new corporate clients, channel partners, and retail customers.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, client meetings, proposals, negotiations, and closures.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for smooth project execution.
Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analysis for management review.
Ensure customer satisfaction and effective post-sales support.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
Proven experience in
