Job Summary



We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

B2B & B2C Sales Manager

to drive business growth across both corporate and consumer segments. The role involves developing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, expanding market presence, and leading sales teams to achieve organizational revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and execute sales strategies for both

B2B and B2C markets

to achieve revenue and growth targets.

Identify and acquire new corporate clients, channel partners, and retail customers.

Manage the end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, client meetings, proposals, negotiations, and closures.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners.

Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.

Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for smooth project execution.

Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analysis for management review.

Ensure customer satisfaction and effective post-sales support.

Drive brand visibility and market penetration in target regions.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

Proven experience in

B2B and B2C sales management

.

Experience in sports infrastructure or related industry will be an added advantage.



Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Willingness to travel for business development activities.

Experience Required



Typically,

2-10 years

of sales experience with exposure to both corporate and retail sales environments.
