Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager with expertise in direct client handling to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving sales, building client relationships, and achieving revenue targets in these domains.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets for residential, real estate, and interior projects.

Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Prepare and execute sales forecasts and budgets.

Lead Generation and Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients and projects through networking, referrals, and market research.

Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads.

Conduct site visits, client meetings, and presentations to secure business deals.

Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, architects, and contractors.

Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Team Leadership and Coordination: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team goals.

Collaborate with marketing, design, and project teams to align on deliverables.

Negotiation and Closing: Prepare and negotiate contracts, quotations, and terms with clients.

Ensure timely closure of deals and collection of payments.

Reporting and Analysis: Track and report sales metrics, including revenue, client acquisition, and conversion rates.

Provide regular updates to senior management on sales performance and strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA is preferred.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in Residential, Real Estate, or Interior Sales.

Skills:

Strong understanding of residential real estate and interior design sales cycles.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales tracking systems.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Maximum budget : 7.5 LPA

Location: whitefield / Sarjapura , Bengaluru

Work Days: Wednesday to monday| Tuesday off

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?750,000.00 per year
