We are seeking a dynamic, confident, and result-oriented
Female Sales Manager
to lead client engagement and sales activities at our premium salon. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasing personality, and the ability to convince clients for service packages, upsell retail products, and contribute to salon promotions through social media content.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship & Sales
Interact with clients professionally to understand their beauty and wellness needs.
Present and promote salon packages, membership plans, and seasonal offers.
Upsell retail products and treatments to enhance client experience and revenue.
Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure repeat business.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Social Media & Marketing Support
Generate engaging content ideas for social media (Reels, Stories, Client Testimonials, etc.).
Coordinate with the marketing team to promote offers, events, and new services.
Encourage satisfied clients to share reviews and tag the salon on social media.
Customer Experience & Coordination
Ensure every client receives premium service from entry to exit.
Coordinate with front desk and technical staff to deliver smooth service flow.
Maintain updated knowledge of all salon services, brands, and new trends.
Requirements:
Female candidates only.
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages.
Attractive, well-groomed, and presentable personality suitable for a luxury salon environment.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in sales, client relations, or customer service (preferably in salon, spa, or beauty sector).
Confident in client handling, negotiation, and product demonstration.
Basic understanding of social media marketing and client engagement.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
