Sales Manager
to join our on-site team and lead sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the sales process from client visits to closing deals.
Handle property showings and effectively communicate project features, pricing, and amenities.
Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective buyers and investors.
Coordinate with the marketing team to follow up on leads and generate new opportunities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Mentor and guide junior sales staff if required.
Maintain accurate sales reports and client data.
Qualifications:
Minimum
2-3 years of experience in real estate sales
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership abilities
Ability to work independently and handle walk-ins efficiently
Presentable personality with a professional approach
Salary:
Negotiable based on previous CTC and experience

Work Schedule:
Full-time, 6 days a week (Weekend availability required)
