Sales Manager
to drive primary real estate sales for premium residential and commercial projects. The role involves managing client interactions, conducting site visits, and ensuring end-to-end deal closures aligned with monthly targets.
Responsibilities:
Handle direct sales inquiries and convert leads into bookings.
Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and negotiations.
Engage and maintain relationships with channel partners and brokers.
Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Maintain sales reports, follow-up trackers, and coordinate documentation.
Requirements:
Graduate/Post-Graduate with
10-15 years
of experience in real estate sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Ability to handle pressure, objections, and target-driven environments.
