Job Description

Team Leadership:

Recruit, hire, train, and mentor sales staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Sales Strategy:

Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve company objectives and sales targets.

Goal Setting:

Establish sales goals, quotas, and performance metrics for the sales team.

Performance Management:

Monitor sales performance, provide feedback, and implement corrective actions to ensure team success.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers.

Market Analysis:

Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Reporting:

Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.

Pay: ₹16,892.03 - ₹62,616.94 per month
