Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned

Sales Manager

with a strong background in

B2B and corporate sales

in the

electrical industry

, specifically in

cables, assemblies, wiring accessories, or related electrical components

. The ideal candidate will bring strong industry relationships, drive business development, and support long-term growth through effective client engagement.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and manage B2B and institutional client accounts, including electrical contractors, OEMs, EPC companies, and industrial buyers Drive end-to-end sales activities: lead generation, client meetings, technical discussions, quotation, negotiation, and order closure Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management Coordinate with production and logistics teams for timely deliveries and customer satisfaction Attend trade shows, expos, and industry meets to represent the company and grow business

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus)

Minimum 5 years of experience

in B2B/corporate sales in the

electrical or cabling industry

Solid understanding of electrical components, cable types, and their applications Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Strong network in electrical contracting, infrastructure, or industrial sectors Willingness to travel as per business requirements
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?60,000.00 - ?100,000.00 per month
