Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
Identify and develop new clients for modular furniture and interior fit-out projects.
Generate leads through site visits, architects, consultants, builders, corporates, and developers.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
Negotiate terms and close deals in line with company targets.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, PMC's, builders, and end clients.
Attend client meetings, understand project requirements, and provide suitable solutions.
Act as the key point of contact from enquiry stage till order finalization.
Site Visits & Coordination
Conduct regular site visits for project assessment, measurements, and client discussions.
Coordinate with design, estimation, and execution teams to ensure accurate proposals and smooth handover.
Support project teams during execution for scope clarification and change management.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Maintain sales pipeline, follow-ups, and MIS reports.
Provide regular sales forecasts and performance updates to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.
Proven experience in
field sales
for modular furniture, interior fit-outs, or construction-related industry.
Strong understanding of modular furniture systems, materials, finishes, and fit-out processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to read basic drawings and understand BOQs.
Self-driven with strong networking and closing skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for site visits and client meetings.
Preferred Experience
Experience dealing with
corporate offices, retail, hospitality, or residential interior projects
.
Existing network of architects, designers, and contractors.
Knowledge of costing, margins, and project-based sales.
