Job Summary

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and bookings for the company by managing client interactions, presentations, site visits, and lead follow-ups. The role focuses on building strong relationships with channel partners, delivering an exceptional customer experience aligned with the brand, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Attend to prospective clients and understand their requirements Conduct client presentations and site visits Handle incoming leads and ensure timely follow-ups Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners Ensure a high-quality customer experience consistent with the company's brand Drive sales closures and achieve booking targets Develop and implement effective sales strategies to enhance revenue Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute campaigns and events Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to suggest business improvements Manage post-sales activities including documentation, payment follow-ups, and handover during possession
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree or higher in any field Minimum

4 years of experience

in real estate sales or a related domain Strong understanding of real estate market trends
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
