We are seeking a result-driven Sales Manager responsible for driving revenue growth through new client acquisition, key account management, and selling integrated advertising and marketing solutions. This role is ideal for someone who understands agency sales dynamics and is comfortable working with clear revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
Drive new business acquisition across ATL, BTL, digital, outdoor, and integrated marketing solutions
Identify, pitch, negotiate, and close deals with brands and corporate clients
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers
Understand client requirements and propose customized marketing solutions
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
Coordinate with creative and operations teams for smooth execution
Track sales pipeline, targets, and MIS reporting
Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities
Target & Performance Structure
This role is target-oriented
Revenue target will be directly linked to the salary structure
For example:
If the monthly salary expectation is ?30,000, the expected monthly revenue target will be ?30 lakh monthly
Higher salary expectations will carry proportionately higher revenue targets
Performance will be evaluated based on target achievement, deal quality, and client retention
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong B2B sales experience, preferably in advertising, marketing, media, or events agencies
Proven ability to close deals and manage revenue targets independently
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
Self-driven, target-focused, and performance-oriented mindset

Experience & Qualifications
? 2-15 years of relevant sales experience (agency background preferred)
? Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, or related field
