Brief of Job Profile

1. Designation: Sales Executive / Marketing Executive

2. CTC: 30K per Month

3. Experience: Should have 1-5 years of experience

4. Education:

a. Graduation Commerce (Mandatory)

b. Master - Marketing / Sales (Added Advantage)

Sales Strategy Development



Customer Acquisition



Collaborate on effective sales strategies and campaigns to boost performance.

Acquire a defined number of new customers within a specific timeframe.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct regular visits to clients' locations to understand their financial requirements and provide them banking solutions.

2. Act as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.

3. Promote and cross-sell a range of banking products and services, such as loans, deposits, investment options, and insurance plans.

4. Assess clients' financial profiles, risk tolerance, and long-term goals to recommend suitable products and investment strategies.

5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client requests, account openings, and transaction processing.

6. Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes to offer informed financial advice.

7. Meet or exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and customer satisfaction metrics.

8. Participate in regular training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

9. Accountable to execute marketing campaign in order to increase footfall and conversion of the same as per planned

10. Responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, promoting the bank's products and services, and providing personalized financial solutions to meet customer needs. This role involves extensive client interaction, on-site visits, and sales activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
