Efforts Solar Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and results-driven
Sales Manager
with strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in the solar industry. The ideal candidate will manage sales operations, lead a field sales team, and drive both B2B and B2C business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Generate sales in
commercial, residential, B2B, and B2C segments
.
Conduct field visits, market research, and identify potential clients.
Handle complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and corporate clients.
Prepare sales strategies, forecasts, and reports for management.
Coordinate with technical and installation teams for site surveys and project execution.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.
Develop and manage distributor/installer networks.
Ensure customer satisfaction and support after-sales requirements.
Maintain strong knowledge of solar products, market trends, and competitor activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
4-5 years of total sales experience
, with
minimum 3 years in the solar sector
.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Experience in
field sales, commercial sales, B2B and B2C sales
.
Ability to handle
commercial and residential site sales
independently.
Team handling experience is a must.
Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented approach.
Willingness to travel extensively for field work.
Knowledge of solar rooftop, solar EPC, and government/subsidy processes (added advantage).
