Job Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Home Loan Sales Officers / Relationship Executives Drive sourcing of Home Loan business through DSA, channel partners, builders, and direct sales Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for Home Loan products Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, developers, and referral partners Ensure high-quality customer service and smooth loan processing Monitor team performance, conduct reviews, and provide regular training Ensure compliance with bank policies, KYC norms, and regulatory guidelines Prepare MIS reports and provide regular updates to senior management
Key Requirements

Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, Finance, or related field 2-5 years of experience in Home Loan / Mortgage sales (Bank or NBFC) Proven track record of achieving sales targets Strong team handling and leadership skills communication and negotiation skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
