Job Description

o Identify and pursue new corporate clients across industries.

o Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share.

o Build partnerships with HR, procurement, and marketing teams of organisations.

Client Relationship Management
o Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts.

o Understand client needs and propose tailored gifting solutions.

o Provide end-to-end support from product selection to delivery.

Sales Strategy & Execution
o Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

o Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.

o Collaborate with marketing to design campaigns and promotions.

Team Leadership
o Train and mentor junior sales executives.

o Monitor performance and ensure alignment with company goals.

o Foster a culture of customer-centricity and innovation.

Operational Excellence Coordinate with supply chain and vendors to ensure timely delivery. Negotiate pricing and contracts with clients. Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
