Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced
Sales Manager
to drive business growth and lead a sales team for Alibaba.com services. The role requires achieving
individual sales targets
while ensuring the team meets overall revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve
individual and team sales targets
Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team
Acquire new B2B clients and manage key accounts
Promote Alibaba.com subscription solutions
Conduct client meetings, demos, and negotiations
Track performance, sales pipeline, and MIS reports
Requirements
3+ years of experience in
B2B sales
Strong team handling and leadership skills
Excellent communication and closing abilities
Experience in target-based sales environment
