About the Role

We are seeking a motivated

FIT Sales Manager

to manage travel related requirements, handle client queries, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate must be proactive, client-oriented, and experienced in sales.

Key Responsibilities

Handle client queries and provide suitable FIT package recommendations. Identify sales opportunities and convert leads into business. Respond to client emails, calls, and maintain regular follow-ups. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Promote company products through cold calls and presentations. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings as required. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth deal closure. Manage existing clients and enhance revenue opportunities. Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets. Stay updated with market trends and company offerings.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of

MS Office & computers

. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Sales-driven, confident, and target-oriented. Ability to handle multitask. Experience in travel industry (preferred).

Work Arrangement

This is a

field-based position

. The role does not require office attendance in Mumbai. The employee will be expected to

visit clients as per appointments and operate remotely from home

for all reporting and coordination activities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
