Yo-Tana Filter Press is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Spare & Service Sales Manager to lead our after-sales outreach. This person will be responsible for promoting spare parts, maintaining strong customer relationships, and closing annual service contracts across our existing client base. The role requires strong communication skills, technical understanding of filter press systems, and a sales mindset focused on revenue growth and customer retention.
Key ResponsibilitiesSpare Sales
Reach out to all existing Yo-Tana Filter Press clients to understand their ongoing spare parts requirements.
Promote and sell genuine Yo-Tana spare components (plates, cloths, pumps, valves, membranes, hydraulic parts, etc.).
Prepare and send quotations, follow up consistently, and close sales.
Maintain updated pricing sheets, product lists, and stock availability with the internal team.
Service Contracts
Pitch Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and service packages to existing and new clients.
Conduct periodic follow-ups and negotiate contract terms to ensure conversions.
Coordinate with the service team to schedule inspections, maintenance visits, and resolve customer issues.
Track contract renewals and ensure timely renewals without lapses.
Customer Relationship Management
Serve as the single point of contact for clients post-installation.
Maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers, operators, and purchase teams.
Record all interactions, leads, and opportunities in the CRM.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Internal Coordination
Work closely with the stores, production, and service teams to ensure timely dispatch of spares.
Collaborate with accounts for billing, follow-ups, and payment closures.
Share customer feedback and insights with management for product and process improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (preferred) or any technical/industrial background.
1-5 years of experience in industrial machinery, filtration systems, or after-sales roles.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Good understanding of filter presses, hydraulics, pumps, and related spare parts (training will be provided).
Ability to build relationships and close sales.
Proficiency in Excel, WhatsApp, email communication, and basic CRM usage.
Willingness to travel occasionally for client visits.
