Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow sales for our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, expanding market presence, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets while coordinating closely with production, logistics, and management teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue goals Identify new business opportunities, markets, distributors, and channel partners Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure satisfaction Conduct client meetings, presentations, and technical discussions as required Collaborate with production and logistics teams to meet delivery timelines Monitor competitor activities and market trends to support business decisions Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and periodic reporting for management Participate in negotiations and finalize contracts or agreements Monitor receivables and ensure timely payment collections Support marketing activities including trade shows, networking events & promotions Train and guide the sales team to achieve performance targets

Required Skills

Strong sales and negotiation skills with proven target achievements Knowledge of manufacturing industry operations and products Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities Good command of MS Office, CRM, and sales reporting tools Ability to travel as required

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Business Administration or equivalent MBA in Marketing preferred
