Generate new business for RMC products across assigned territory.
Identify and develop relationships with contractors, builders, government agencies, developers, and infrastructure companies.
Prepare and execute sales plans to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Conduct field visits to construction sites to understand requirements.
Manage key accounts and ensure repeat business.
2. Marketing & Branding
Develop local marketing strategies to increase brand visibility.
Coordinate promotional activities, customer meets, and product presentations.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
3. Customer Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain a customer database and regular follow-ups.
4. Pricing & Negotiation
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize orders.
Work closely with the operations & plant team for dispatch planning.
5. Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with production, quality, and logistics teams for timely delivery.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
Forecast sales volume based on market trends and pipeline.
