Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue opportunities.
Identify new business opportunities and market trends, and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, brokers, and other stakeholders.
Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews to monitor progress and provide feedback to the team.
Coordinate with marketing and advertising teams to develop sales collateral, promotional materials, and advertising campaigns.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and sales guidelines.
