SPL Spices (Shree Sanwariya Traders) is a fast-growing premium spices brand delivering purity, quality and authentic Indian taste. We are expanding in Gujarat and looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales and distribution in Ahmedabad.

Role & Responsibilities

Appoint & manage distributors/stockists in Ahmedabad Lead and train sales executives Achieve monthly sales targets (primary & secondary) Expand retail network - kirana stores, supermarkets, HoReCa Conduct daily market visits and ensure coverage Handle retailer orders, billing & follow-ups Ensure product display, branding & visibility activities Monitor competition & market feedback Ensure timely collections and payment discipline Maintain reports in Excel/CRM

Requirements

3-7 years experience in

FMCG/Spices/Grocery sales

(MANDATORY) Strong distributor/wholesaler network in Ahmedabad Experience in General Trade (kirana channel) Ability to lead a field sales team Good communication and negotiation skills Two-wheeler & valid driving license required

Education

Graduate/MBA preferred

Salary & Benefits
