Job Summary:


We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented

Sales Manager

with strong experience in the

steel, foundry, or weighing industry

. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in industrial product sales, client relationship management, and achieving business growth through field sales.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. Identify and generate new business opportunities in steel plants, foundries, and related industrial sectors. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business. Conduct field visits to customer sites, distributors, and industrial zones in nearby locations. Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to clients. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms in line with company policies. Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and new developments in the weighing and steel/foundry industry. Collaborate with internal teams (production, service, logistics) to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction. Prepare regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and market trends

Preferred Experience:



Prior experience selling

weighing systems, or industrial equipment

. Network of clients in the

steel and foundry sector

. Experience in handling

B2B industrial sales

and

after-sales support

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
