Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Identify and generate new business opportunities in steel plants, foundries, and related industrial sectors.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
Conduct field visits to customer sites, distributors, and industrial zones in nearby locations.
Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to clients.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms in line with company policies.
Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and new developments in the weighing and steel/foundry industry.
Collaborate with internal teams (production, service, logistics) to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and market trends
