Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum of
5-8 years of experience
in industrial or manufacturing sales, with at least
3 years in a managerial role.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and production capabilities.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in CRM software and MS Office tools.
Willingness to travel as required.
