Job Description

Prospecting and lead generation:

Find new clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Client needs analysis:

Meet with clients to understand their insurance needs and risk profiles.

Sales and client advising:

Recommend and sell appropriate insurance policies, explain policy features and benefits, and provide quotes.

Relationship management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and secure renewals.

Sales target achievement:

Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and quotas.

Policy administration:

Prepare and process applications, manage client records, and handle policy renewals and amendments.

Client support:

Assist clients with claims and answer questions about their policies.

Market and product knowledge:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new insurance products.

Reporting:

Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
