Job Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers.
Visit distributors, dealers, and retail shops regularly to ensure product availability.
Appoint new distributors and expand the market network.
Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure consistent growth in assigned areas.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Handle billing, collections, damage returns, and crate balances.
Coordinate effectively with the office team for smooth supply and delivery operations.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and provide field feedback to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum
2+ years of on-field sales experience
in FMCG / Bakery / Food Industry.
Strong distributor handling and market expansion experience.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Must own a
two-wheeler with a valid driving license
.
Basic knowledge of
mobile apps, WhatsApp, and Excel
.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Marketing, Business, or Commerce)
Salary:
?20,000 - ?25,000 per month (based on experience and performance) + Attractive Incentives
