Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective
sales strategies
to achieve revenue targets.
Manage and mentor the sales team to ensure consistent performance.

Negotiate and close sales deals while maintaining strong client relationships.

Requirements
Minimum
5 years of experience
in sales, preferably in the
real estate industry

Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to manage client relationships and close deals successfully.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and team-driven approach.
Bachelor's degree in
Business, Marketing, or related field
