Vadodara's Leading Reputed Real Estate Company is Looking for Sales Branch Head at Vadodara Location

Position: Sales Branch Head | No. of Vacancy: 2

Education: Any Graduate (Preferable Marketing and Real Estate)

Experience: Minimum 6 Years of Experience

Roles and Responsibility:

Drive plot sales for the park projects through proactive lead follow-ups and client engagement.

Conduct site visits with clients and explain project offerings, USPs, and legal documentation.

Maintain CRM and coordinate with the marketing team for lead nurturing.

Perform regular site inspections for infrastructure, utilities & maintenance.

Identify & document civil/site issues, escalate to concerned teams.

Prepare & share inspection reports within 2 hours of visits.

Maintain daily activity & inspection logs for management review.

Allocate inspection-based tasks to site engineers/contractors.

Monitor completion, escalate delays, and ensure quality compliance.

Required Skills:

Strong communication & client-handling skills.

Knowledge of real estate project processes & documentation.

Basic understanding of civil/site inspection & reporting.

Proficiency in CRM, MS Office & report preparation.

Ability to handle both office & on-site responsibilities.

Result-oriented with sales target achievement mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
