Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to improve performance and achieve sales goals.
Set sales targets, monitor team performance, and report on sales metrics.
Identify new business opportunities, expand customer base, and manage key client relationships.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales campaigns and promotional activities.
Analyze market trends and competitors to identify potential growth opportunities.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Recruit, train, and onboard new sales staff.
Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to analyze sales metrics and make data-driven decisions.
Experience using CRM software and MS Office (especially Excel).
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Preferred Skills:
Industry-specific experience (e.g., technology, retail, B2B, etc.).
Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Working Conditions:
