Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets for natural architecture wall cladding or related product lines.
Establish, manage, and expand dealer networks to maximize market penetration and increase sales volume.
Identify and onboard new dealers and distributors, negotiating terms and building strong business relationships.
Manage and motivate sales executives and channel partners to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Conduct regular training sessions and workshops for sales executives and dealers to improve product knowledge and selling skills.
Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze market trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
Coordinate with marketing and product teams to implement promotional activities and new product launches.
Maintain strong relationships with key clients, dealers, and other stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Oversee order processing, delivery schedules, and payment collections through dealer channels.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets, ensuring accurate and timely communication to management.
Address and resolve any issues or disputes related to sales, delivery, or dealer services.
Travel to meet dealers, attend industry events, and explore new business opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, specifically handling dealer networks and sales channels.
Proven track record in the building materials industry, preferably natural architecture wall cladding, stone, tiles, or similar products.
Strong understanding of dealer management, sales executive training, and channel development.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to develop effective sales strategies.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
