Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Sales Manager

with a proven track record in B2B industrial sales, preferably in the cleaning equipment or machinery sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strategic customer relationships, and managing a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Prepare and deliver technical sales presentations to prospective clients. Manage the complete sales cycle - from lead generation to order closure. Collaborate with the production and service teams to ensure timely project delivery and support. Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis. Train, mentor, and manage the sales team for improved performance and productivity. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial or B2B machinery/equipment sales. Strong knowledge of high-pressure jetting systems or industrial cleaning machinery is preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools. Willingness to travel as needed.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.40 per month
