Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard new clients in sectors like hotels, cafes, hospitals, gyms, and retailers.
Build strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and modern trade outlets.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct in-store and field activations to boost brand visibility and product trials.
Educate clients about Tropiko's health benefits, cost advantages, and usage versatility.
Track competitor activity and provide market insights for strategic decisions.
Work closely with the marketing team for BTL activations, promotions, and sampling drives.
Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in FMCG/Beverage or Health product sales (field sales experience a plus)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
Ability to explain product benefits with clarity and confidence
Comfortable with local travel and market visits
Graduate in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field preferred
