Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and building long-term relationships with clients. As a BDM, you will be responsible for expanding our business footprint and enhancing our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify new business opportunities in target markets and industries.

Generate leads and develop a pipeline of potential clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors

Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and market share.

Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for all parties.

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions tailored to client needs.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy.

Attend conferences, networking events, and trade shows to represent the company.

Monitor industry trends and propose innovative ideas to stay ahead of the competition.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in business development or sales, with a strong track record of selling high value sales & achieving targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field.

Experience in IT industry preferred.

Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.
