The Sales Executive is responsible for driving the sales process from prospecting to closing deals. This role involves engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, presenting products/services, and building strong customer relationships to achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition and benefits of products/services.

Relationship Building:


Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent service, addressing their needs, and ensuring satisfaction.Handle negotiations, finalize deals, and close sales to meet or exceed targets while ensuring profitability.Stay updated with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats.Regularly update CRM systems with client information, sales progress, and forecasts. Provide sales reports and performance metrics to management.Work closely with the marketing, customer service, and product teams to ensure smooth execution of client needs and ensure product/service alignment.Ensure smooth onboarding and transition of new clients to the support or implementation teams. Address any customer queries after the sale.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience:


2-3 years of proven experience in a sales role, ideally in Manufacturer of Automotive, Industrial,

Lubricants

. Experience in B2B or B2C sales is preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong presentation and interpersonal skills Ability to build relationships and understand customer needs Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) Time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data

Working Conditions:

Full-time position, with occasional travel required for client meetings and business development. Compensation may include base salary plus commission and bonuses based on performance.
