We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused
Sales Manager
to lead and drive sales of our
modular kitchen solutions
within our retail store. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of modular kitchen products, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering great customer experiences that result in conversions and repeat business.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and guide them through available modular kitchen designs, finishes, and configurations
Drive sales targets for modular kitchen products and ensure customer satisfaction
Prepare and present customized kitchen design proposals in collaboration with the design team
Convert leads into sales through effective product demonstration, value communication, and negotiation
Maintain strong product knowledge, stay updated on trends, and communicate key features and benefits to customers
Follow up with leads, prospects, and existing customers to maintain engagement and build long-term relationships
Ensure a high-quality showroom experience by maintaining product displays and cleanliness
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery timelines, and installation updates
Train and support junior sales associates as needed
Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular performance reports
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field (preferred)
2-5 years of experience in in-store retail sales, preferably in modular kitchens, furniture, or home interiors
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach
Basic understanding of kitchen design, layout, and materials
Familiarity with modular kitchen products and accessories
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
Good negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
Self-motivated and goal-driven personality

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
