Key Responsibilities

Drive sales of

Insurance/Banking

through direct and channel sales. Build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners and customers. Identify and develop new business opportunities in

CASA-linked insurance sales

. Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth. Provide guidance and support to sales teams for effective customer engagement. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to strategize business growth. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical standards.
Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience:

2-6 years in

Banking Sales / Insurance Sales

. Strong background in

CASA (Current Account Savings Account) sales

preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Target-driven, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
