Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Handle walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and provide product recommendations. Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. Train and mentor sales staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement. Monitor daily sales performance, conversion rates, and store KPIs. Coordinate with the showroom manager and inventory team for stock availability and display. Ensure proper visual merchandising, product presentation, and store cleanliness. Build long-term customer relationships and handle VIP/loyal customers. Manage order follow-ups, billing, and documentation. Resolve customer queries, concerns, and after-sales issues professionally. Work closely with marketing for promotions, events, and festive campaigns. Prepare sales reports and present performance insights to management.

Requirements:

Proven experience in jewellery retail sales (minimum 3-4 years required). Strong communication and customer-handling skills. Knowledge of diamonds, gold, kundan, polki, and gemstone products is preferred. Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team. Good understanding of sales metrics and showroom operations. Presentable, confident, and target-driven. Proficiency in POS systems and basic MS Office.

As per experience and industry standards.
