This role is responsible for leading the strategic planning and execution of the assigned markets. The primary objective is to drive optimal occupancy levels, maximize revenue across all markets, and consistently meet or exceed the hotel's profitability goals.
Under the general guidance and supervision of the Director of Sales & Marketing, and within the limits of established Sales policies and procedures, Assist all aspects of the Sales activities. Responsibilities include assisting the planning and development and implementation of the Sales plan and reporting on effectiveness of the plan. Promotes the work culture and the company's core values.
