2. Sales Manager
Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive business growth, and ensure the achievement of monthly and annual sales targets. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to build high-performing sales teams in a fast-paced automotive dealership environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Manage, train, and motivate the sales team to maximize individual and team performance.
Oversee the day-to-day activities of the sales team and ensure adherence to dealership policies and best practices.
Build strong relationships with customers and prospects to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Manage the dealership's sales pipeline, ensuring follow-ups, closing rates, and customer interactions are tracked and optimized.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that drive foot traffic and lead generation.
Report on sales performance, trends, and market conditions to upper management.
Ensure a smooth handover process between the sales team and the after-sales service department.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in a sales leadership role within the automotive industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
In-depth knowledge of automotive products, financing options, and market dynamics.
Leadership experience with a focus on team development and motivation.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
