Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Sales Manager
to lead our sales initiatives and drive business growth across multiple channels. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of India's booming EV revolution and make a significant impact in the sustainable mobility sector.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Drive sales across B2B and B2C segments including corporate clients, government entities, and dealer networks
Execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives
Manage and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across assigned regions in India
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with a team of 4 sales professionals to achieve collective goals
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience
Share best practices and contribute to team development
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate, government, and dealer segments
Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline
Conduct presentations and negotiations with potential clients and partners
Market Intelligence:
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the EV space
Provide feedback to management on market dynamics and opportunities
Stay updated on government policies and incentives related to electric vehicles
Lead Management:
Handle and convert leads efficiently through structured sales processes
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts
Required Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the EV or automotive industry
Strong understanding of B2B and B2C sales dynamics
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
Preferred:
Experience in electric vehicle or automotive sector
Existing network in corporate, government, or dealer segments
Knowledge of the Goa market and surrounding regions
