Generate business from architects, builders, corporates, and institutional clients.
Supervise customer inquiries, quotations, and negotiations.
Manage daily operations of showroom sales and ensure exceptional customer experience.
Coordinate with marketing, production, and logistics for order execution.
Track team performance, provide training, and ensure follow-ups are maintained in Zoho CRM.
Maintain strong relationships with key clients and expand the customer base.
Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to optimize sales strategies.
Requirements:
Graduate/MBA preferred (Sales/Marketing specialization).
4-7 years of sales experience in the furniture/interior/home decor industry.
Proven experience in team management and B2B/B2C client handling.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, Zoho CRM, or equivalent tools.
