Experience in Furniture Factory Foldable / Plastic Furniture

Age: 25-40 years

Location: Ambattur , Chennai

Ready to travel anywhere around Tamilnadu

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution

: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, focusing on foldable furniture products.

Team Leadership

: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and goal attainment.

Market Expansion

: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both domestic and international markets.

Client Relationship Management

: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.

Product Knowledge

: Maintain in-depth knowledge of foldable furniture products to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.

Collaboration

: Work closely with production, design, and logistics teams to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently.

Reporting

: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to inform strategic
Qualifications:

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.

Experience

: Minimum of 5 years in sales, with at least 2 years in the furniture manufacturing industry, preferably with experience in foldable furniture.
