Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager with the background of Spices & agricultural products to oversee and expand our international sales operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Sales and export activities.

Sales & Business development

Identify and research potential international buyers and distributors for spices. Support in generating leads and maintaining sales databases Assist in preparing and sending quotations, proforma invoices, and follow-ups with buyers Coordinate with the production, logistics, and documentation teams for smooth order execution. Understand client requirements and provide appropriate product information. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers and stakeholders Generate revenue by bringing orders from overseas Connecting with new clients overseas and generate revenue Negotiating pricing, terms, and contracts with international buyers Identifying new markets and business opportunities Coordinating with the stakeholders and ensuring smooth transactions. Achieving Monthly Sales Target of 1 to 2 CR.

Market Knowledge & Client Relations

Familiarity with spices/agro-commodity sector (added advantage, not mandatory). Basic understanding of international trade platforms (e.g., Alibaba, IndiaMART, TradeIndia). Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to explore overseas markets.
Education: Bachelor's degree. International Trade, Logistics, or any related field.

Skills & Experience

3 to 5 years of experience in international sales of spices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Good Communication. Ability to travel internationally if required.
